'ello fello peeps!
Great day isn't it? made greater because of my birthday.
Just some updates about what's been up in my life lately.
So..... mid-years are over. Don't really feel anything about it though, since the battle is not even half won yet haha. I sound like an emo kid. But screwed most of my papers which I seriously emo-ed over. Let's see, shall we? I screwed chem, emath, amath, geog, and PHYSICS!!!! my goodness dr chan is gonna skin me alive like what the. can you believe who would actually do both the EITHER and OR questions, there's nothing wrong with that, but i did half of both the EITHER and OR questions.
On a brighter note, after mid-years, I went out with bestj! thanks jac, it was really nice of you to have accompanied me around vivo. like i think we walked vivo up and down at least 4 times. we even went to the carpark thrice can you believe it haha! but it was fun man! having not gone out for a longggg time. goodness we're fit people man al that training in badminton really paid off haha. i bet i had shed at least a few kg. naise(: ok. i have some orientation issues so allow me to go all the way back to the start. We first went to book tickets for 17again. (btw jac we were so close dude, today the show stopped screening!) ok back to earth. it was good(: a 9.0 i say. definitely not a brainless chick-flick! Finally zac efron is stepping out into big-boy town where he does not have to constantly break out into song and dance. and i must say i totally saw him from a different angle after he emerged looking smokin' in his aviators and leather jacket haha! but don't worry jac, i leave him all to you to compete against vanessa hudgens haha! then we went to pageone, hung around for a while, then went to source for party stuff for my bird-day(:
Bought alot of stuff for my very lucky guests. ok jac i admit defeat haha, we didn't finish all the sweet haha. sweets from candy empire, chips and cheese dips from giant, and more! Then, we went to make some handphone stuff before realising my hp does not have the lil hole thingthang to hand the chain on! haha. ok after that, we went to party city to buy for more stuff like an elvis poster, a pinata...Then brought jac along to see my new house(: haha!
Ok, then today was the big day. the birthday party! (: awesome it was. a blast it was. we came home. ate like a glutton, swam like a fish, rocked like a guitar hero, played wii sports like a pro-athlete(so not), played gun-games like a terrorist, and listened to old-school music like a music-junkie, just to sum it all up. I put a lot of effort into the decorations man haha you should have seen. elvis like hung on the ceiling next to my fantastic name, christmas deco was modified to line my tv, and lame unknown cute creatures like sprung from my staircase even though they sort of like sank and drooped just after the party started haha. We played with mini-boats and floats in the pool. pics are super funny. impromptu games were ultra fun. which was quite something after planned games failed because of everyone's excitement and rowdyness. i tell you i will never become game master again in years. so stressful man i'd rather train lions in the circus or something lol haha just kidding. it was FUNFUNFUN!! we shot with waterguns bought from toys'r'us the day before, played with the beach-ball i also bought from toys'r'us the day before and all. centaine, wen yih and i were supposed to jump into the pool at the same time. in the end it was only centaine and i who jumped haha. so i came up again and pushed wen yih into the water or she would just stand there like... forever...and then i found she couldn't swim in deep areas. i found that out the hard way. she was like grabbing my arms and squeezing em like mad ohmygoodness. hm so it was pretty fun, we tried to get a maximum amount of people into a single boat and then after that, we splitted into 2 groups. Melody and I went around as water terrorists, lying on a float on our tummies and going around shooting at people with our waterguns haha. i tell you she was so excited that she spoiled my watergun la! haha. after that, melody n i tried to capsize the other boat. then had like random swimming competition and free-style-create-your-own-stroke competition where we modified all the different swimming styles in the name of fun. centaine did the bunny-hop-swimmy or something where she paddled around the pool like a total silly drowning puppy. ai did the 360degrees backstroke which is quite self-explanatory and i did the flower power which i am much too embarassed to talk about haha.
The showering part was sooo disorganised though sorry about that people. so people were like waiting in the house dripping wet and all cold for a chance to take a shower haha. after everyone had like taken their baths, we gathered and played wii. guitar hero, wii sports and some crossbow/ shooting game which got some people so excited for i don't know what reason. probably cos they did not want to get killed by the boss? haha pallavi, centaine, wen yih and i went up to my bro's and my rooms to take shower. centaine took oh-so-long. like 2 people's showering time. i had to bathe in my bro's room. centaine and wen yih specially wore a dress for my birthday can you believe it? awww. pallavi bathed in my bro's room after me cos i bet she was sick of waiting for centaine lol. halfway the shampoo ran out so can u believe her only managing to bathe half the length of her super duper long hair? haha! after that centaine n wen yih told me to stay back in my room for a while to open their presents lol. Super sweeet like jac's haha! (Thanks jac for the awesome necklace and scrapbook! hehe) c&wy applied olive oil body mist? got it all over my floor so it's like kinda oily now. after that, went down again, ate, drink, played more GHIII, before hitting the pinata. i always knew centaine was violent but not that violent so as to tear the poor pinata with her own bare hands and nails after failing to hit it open with a spatula(haha i had no rod). that's not all, after hitting it open, she instantly got on her knees and picked up all the sweets that she could pick up and put them in her lil dress pocket haha! the nerve of some people.lol then my mum brought down the cake, sang birthday songs and ate the lana cake. then after cake-eating, we played centaine@wenyih's game. called truth-truth-lie (self-explanatory) listened to deathcabforcutie in the dark air-conditioned basement while it was pouring outside. Thank God for holding back the rain until everyone has come up from the waters like I prayed He would do despite the forecast saying that there would be thunderstorms) haha! It was fun and funny. After that, people started to leave because it was already 6+. After that, I looked through the pics which I would upload tomorrow, and opened some of the gifts. ohmygosh i forgot to say. annabella, nerissa, ruiling and meemee got me this gift which was like a prank meant for APRIL FOOLS instead of joy's birthday. haha but i love it. it was one of those kind of gifts where you have to open a candy jar without knowing you'll get electrocuted. Best of all, it was help by a cute innocent and furry fat teddy bear, thus the reason why i least expected any prank to come out of it.
Then at 8+, i went for lifegroup. we were left roomless so we sat on the kitchen floor like slumdogs haha. then they planned this mini birthday surprise. there's only so much you can do on the kitchen floor.
overall, i'm 16!!! which doesn't feel any different from being 15 actually. haha besides the fact that i can watch NC16 movies.wheee!!!! haha anyways, its late already and this has been quite a post.
Lastly, before I hit the haysack as a 16 year old and waking up later as a 16 year old again, I would like to thank God, pappi, mammi, auntynana for financial support and love, bestjaclynn for the awesome friendship which has lasted 3 years and even more to come and for your great company while shopping and hanging out and for your cool advice and supermarket tips haha! (I bet I helped you lose weight haha!), centaine, wen yih and jaani for the wonderful friendship, support and al that you guys have done, pallavi, samantha, joanne, melody, nicole, ai, munyee, christine, nerissa, ruiling, meemee, and annabella for coming to my party, our friendship and the cool gifts haha!(:
