yo sec4 life so far has been awesome! lol i find i use this word alot especially when i blog.

anyways, found out one thing: change is inevitable. seriously man.
ok other than that, i just came back from some adam khoo something workshop.
i'd say it's not too bad.
but the effects do wear off fast. not that it had any effect on me la lol.
anyways, on the second day, in the afternoon, after everyone was full from lunch, the peeps made us watch some sad vids from the oprah winfrey show somemore and rocky road. they said the movie is an example of the importance of believing in yourself, but the only thing i got out of that movie was that white men shouldn't fight or box or whatever. but actually that's common sense. but anyways that was entertainment enough (:
then after that, this gary guy told us some sad story about... People started tearing... he then told us to close our eyes and imagine some stuff about the person you love the most... i then had the person in mind, then naturally, i started tearing too. then he said something about walking inside a room and finding that you're the person when you saw your reflection in the mirror. i tell you i immediately stopped la then i was like huh!?! lol! waste my time man. lol
k then he went on and said something about seeing your parents on their deathbeds or something la. then it was like the whole performing arts studio went from like tearing to sobbing to wailing!!! and the way they wail was like seriously wailing man!!! so i like laughing with centaine and we were like trying to disguise out laughter with more wails lol. i know super insensitive right. but we were sobbing at some parts too so we had like mixed emotions cos it's like we sobbed for one moment and laughed the other.
em what else?? yeah then that same day i think before that, gary shoved the mic in my face and asked me what i thought the most important belief was. i went blank. so i decided to quote from disneyland lol. so i like said, "dreams can come true." really fast in the mic cos it's really embarassing lol. then he didn't hear properly and thought i said "cheesecake control" lol! that was ultra dumb man lol.
oh ya because wy went home halfway cos she was not feeling well, i spent the night with centaine which was a nightmare man lol!! i tell you i like made the gravest mistake of my life man. i let her share my sleeping bag with me and we used her travel blanket to shield us from the cold. but little did i know that deep in the night, she used the blanket to "wrap" herself in it like what people normally do to a frozen prawn and i had to spend dunno how long to tug at the blanket to unwrap herself so i could cover myself. i think the travel blanket stretched. lols but i think it will shrink back to the original size after washing la. lol. ok the worst has yet to come man. you'd be shocked i tell you. during the night, she like cuddled me IN HER SLEEP man!!! like i was her carebear or something. i tell you i was scared man lol so naturally, i kicked her off man, grabbed the blanket and pushed her to the end of the sleepnig bag lol! then i went back to sleep. the horror of it all lol. but nevertheless, there were fun sides to it. like the night before, i was like the tap girl or something before i got so sick of it and abandoned the job.
